RE:RE:More InfoI think you need to look at the balance sheet and income statement for Mbcn to conclude that. Have a look at the cash position as well. They are sitting on nice pile of cash. They even have a buy back share rogram which they tried to stop recent pull back in sp during last year that impacted the sector. Imo essam took advantage of that. Company cash alone is 53 millions. With current sp doc paid about 80+ million. Just compare that with Mbcn cash position. Its revenue growth each q is sitting at 5.3 millions on last q it has a small pull back otherwise it went up every q. The company is growing so it is normal to report losses. Sp was 13$ earlier this year for less q revenue. Btw doc will walk away with extra cash after this. As I said it is recent pullback in the sector that allowed this opportunity imo.
