Atlas Salt Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:RE:RE:Now Stone Canyon is Selling $8BillionWinnersRide, not exactly sure about the pirate stuff, they were here when I got here but if I could venture a guess, it is part of the NFLD and Atlantic Canada nautical heritage. We in Nova Scotia
have "Oak Island", I was at a pub near by in the summer called the "Mug and Anchor", while I was there there were pirates from Oak Island coming and going, they were rubbing their hands as though they found the treasure. I bought them all drinks, then we went back for a tour of the Island.  NFLD is like a gem for pirate traditions, such as "Screech-in", but I will let other old salty souls talk about the heritage of NFLD. But one thing in common, we all use salt....!!!!!! We just had a nasty storm the other day, they are still pouring salt on the ralt by the truck load.
