Yasch, i don't think with batteries you will ever get to less than 10 min for full charge. If your battery is completely empty the first 80% is quick, then remaining is where it takes hours/hour. So yes, you will get quick charged for short range which is what majority of people drive but not if you want to get full. 

For every gas stations/home/work place to offer plug in capabilites is like 10 years down the road. Until then there will be need for battery swap(if you want to pay extra for luxury). Maybe NIO wants to target the rich folks that dont' want to wait or charge. There will be market for this but maybe limited. I'm sure those smart chinese engineers/thinkers have thought this thorugh well. Remember, chinese think long term and hard so they likely did their homework.
