RE:Resume of our meeting with management

RE:Resume of our meeting with managementThank you Nflyby, Matteo01 and Montreal1010 for this huge update. Guys like you make this board first class.

Maybe now posters will stop with the doomsday theories where Haber and Zaunscherb have been abducted by aliens,

I am not too worried about the "Investor fatigue" thing. It is there and we can see it even on this board. But this will change very fast with the permit NR.

One thing that was partially discussed but not enough if you ask me, is the market.

The demand / offer is still on the good side for now. But some analysts are already showing that balance will be reached in the second half of this year and then a price correction will occur.

We HAVE to get our ducks in a row before summer.

Not too long ago (2016 & 2017) when LCE went from 5000$ a ton to 20000$ many thought that profits could only grow......until the likes of SQM. Alberbarle and others opened the gates and the LCE drew back by 50% in a short time.

As we speak Australia's hatching new projects by the dozen with much lower 'incubating time" if you know what I mean. LAC is going online this year and all other lithium (brine) triangle players have the pedal to the floor.

It is not a time to be snug with that part of the equation. If management are talking about a build starting this summer it implies a permit before March and a deal right after. You cannot have a deal signed in May for instance and then just snap your fingers and have a hired crew working in June, (logistics)
