any idea who is in charge of the looney binNexco lends it's entire free cash to it's target acquisition company and then the target doesn't repay. Now they are working together on a solution, how about seizing the assets ? Why isn't this acquistion done by now ?

Can someone explain to me what is going on ?  I think i want my money back.
