RE:Brown envelopesgeric, IMHO Don hasn't been booted for the following reasons;
- Don controls the 3 most powerful positions - COB, CEO and president.
- The 2 directors who are protecting their wealth, Hepa and ORI must know Don is incompetent and they have Don right where they want him. They stand to take control of RVX at a very low price possibly.
- The other 2 directors will vote the way Don tells them to.
- History and friendships.
If you look at Don's decision making history and inability to create shareholder value over the past 11 years it is obvious that Don is completely incompetent.
That being said I have invested a lot of my money into this science so I would really like to be proven wrong.
May is quickly approaching but as one poster pointed out on Agora there in no way that Eastern is going to stand by and let Hepa take control of the IP.
So I think there will be some very interesting events happening soon.
