Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

RE:RE:RE:TD reduces oil exposure short term overvaluedYou must have gone to the brainwashing school of Dr. Wolf.  $70 oil is about 2.5 billion over 5 years.  We can erase debt and pay a dividend and buyback shares over 5 years  but in the short term $70 oil is a 20 percent haircut in the stock price and a market correction of about 25 percent.  That's a $1.25 off the share price!  Won't feel great about $70 oil to be honest.  If you are ok with a sub $4 share price because you feel the stock makes money reevaluate your thinking.  We need $90 plus and more like $100 to get back to $5, even that is severely undervalued. I have held this for 7 years and am not looking forward to a 25 percent haircut here.
