RE:Lots of Shares Bid Compared to Ask

RE:Lots of Shares Bid Compared to Ask

Couple of things which strike me as obvious.  Those selling at $0.04 must have come to the conclusion that NorZinc is a dead company.  Those of us who have ridden a stock down to zero can understand trying to save even a small portion of the investment.

Second, if you're one of the people who still has faith that this mine will eventually get open, then yes, great buy indeed.  But if you are pragmatic, the only way to open the mine is to keep offering shares to keep making the monthly payroll (the company does not have funds to keep open to face another year delay in getting the road built) and given they will have to offer shares at the recently lowered market rate you're facing massive dilution.

This great rate you speak of seems to me only relevant to those with resources to take the company private.  Which I'm expecting will happen any day now.

Personally I'm not nearly as underwater as many on this board, and I'd love to see this work out. I think the slim chance that the property will be developed is worth holding the shares I've already purchased, but doubling down is, for me, out of the question.
