Just cause would be easy to demonstrate , with giving themselves options that are just one quarter of book value and then to see over the next two years their performance resulted in book value decreasing  by 33%.

Further, continueung violations of timely disclosure to shareholders of material events that would obviously affect the share price .

I think we can show also that the sustained short position may be favorably treated by management .

If they thought otherwise , they would have invoked a share buyback unti we reached cash value.

If nothing happens, we will have some very very descriptive ..but within factual standards ...signs and placards when the Shareholder rally happens in late January.

Few will ever hire them again, as we will disclose their management flaws where ever they are unfortunate enough to end up..
