Horrible horrible horrible. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I went to the Mission Viejo Mall location. The fact that they force you to wait in the sun with no shade and the fact that they move so slow is nothing compared to this:

When I went to check in for my appointment, I saw dozens of test kits with people's names on them all over the floor in their little shack. They were walking around them like this is no big deal. ARE YOU F'N KIDDING ME??? When I confronted them about it and asked if they seriously think it's okay to walk around test kits on the ground, they just said "We're just counting the kits before they go to the lab".

Seriously. That's what they told me. "Unprofessional" would be an understatement. A more accurate word would be "Dangerous".

Zero stars. Went to this place (Ontario location) because website falsely advertises 1-3 days for Covid PCR test results (1-5 days in fine print). I finally got through to someone on the phone and they said 5-8 days. Email response is only "can't provide any estimate on when results will be done, lab is backed up." Wish I would have seen the other reviews first. Not sure if this company (Test before you go or Medivolve) is even legit. Will be filing complaints at FTC and BBB. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS. They didn't give all information before we got there and they FORCED US to have our 4 YEAR OLD CHILD give a blood sample without our consent! So sketchy and SO horrific!!!!!!! They need to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATEL

The worst. Appointments mean nothing to them. Completely disorganized. Even the people that worked there bad mouthed the place. Force you to get 3 types of tests. Feels like a scam. There are better choices available.
