RE:RE:RE:A rising tide should lift all boats tomorrow My opinion as a shareholder is to continue doing what you're doing. Pay down the debt and redeem the preferred shares. Buy back shares while they are cheap and then give us a juicy dividend.

Let the others sell at $6-$8. Buy them out and let's move on. In this rising interest rate environment it is wise to eliminate most forms of debt. Some of the other producers might have themselves in a difficult position with bad hedges, rising costs, and then premature divy increases.  

I've been waiting since 2017...I don't mind waiting longer. 

Debt free is all I care about.
