Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

My groups initial interest was peaked due to the seemingly outlandish claimes from a penny stock. As I stated, we don't think anyone would be crazy enough to make an announcement like these, with no basis of fact, as you can literally go to jail for that. As well as what is to gain? And this will be easy to dispell if untrue. If the authorities ask for proof, telling them to call China won't go over very well.

We expected more in terms of a response here actually. The almost childish responses are making us scratch our collective heads.

We shall soon find out.
