Absolutely. The upper management at Chalice is horrible. Chalice treats their employees terribly. Just look at their employee ratings on Indeed. All of the raises go to a few people in upper management, repeatedly. And they make a lot of money. No one else make enough money to live. That is not a formula for success. Furthermore, during the pandemic they did a lot of very shady things that the community thought was coming from Chalice, but actually came from the underpaid employees by force. They are not good people. And this is all revolving debt that they have been running under different business names for years apparently prior to purchasing Chalice. They are NOT a "locally owned" Portland marijuana dispensary as they would have locals believe.
