RE:RE:RE:I'd never have guessed a $4 price 2 weeks from a decision There were only 5 trades today for a total of 2;264 shares. The current market price is irrelevant. In the spring of 2015, I bought shares between $ 4.80 and $ 4.95 per share before the government requested more information. The government is now looking at exactly the same information as in 2015 (less the favourable EAO recommendation). So the current share price doesn't shock me;. We need the EAC to get closer to opening the mine - investors are leery with the past turndowns by the government.
What is missing from the file is a study done of lake currents in 2015, 2016 and 2017 which should have answered most of Minister Coleman's concerns.
My hope is that current Ministers know of the lake behaviour studies and issue the EAC. I am all in.
If the decision is negative, I expect a court will be asking why the lake behaviour study was not considered and send the file back to the Ministers for reconsideration. The mine is 'safe' and conditions could be put in place if pollution higher than expected.
