RE:RE:$500000 Gross invested by Bellido. $1 min value todayjust a fact that the inventor Dr Reulet would have tested this for actual true randomness before even filing for patents....there is a process, the certification is a world accepted validation that something performs as it says. Likley the USB route is more cost effective than a cmos chip, walk before you run....certification will acquire massive interest from may and who knows maybe a buyout can come sooner than anyone expects.....

If the certification was a done deal, wouldn't QNC be in violation of securities law for hiding material information from the investment community as a publcly-traded company, especially if QNC and its Board / Management knew of this when the CEO exercised his options on January 6?
Also, from the January 12 PR, it appears that NIST certification is just for the USB device: "I believe that 2022 will be a transformational year for QeM as the Company prepares itself to accomplish several significant milestones in the following areas:
- The near-term completion of our portable QRNG USB-type device will allow us to pass the critical step of NIST certification and engage in business development activities by approaching potential strategic partners and promote B2B initiatives.
- The development of the first prototype of our QRNG-embedded CMOS chip ......"
- The completion of the first prototype of our ultraportable QRNG key......" Not saying QNC won't jump in share price if / when the NIST certification is announced, but it might take actual orders of the finished product from customers if the USB device is to be sold to sustain any significant share price increase......?
