Based on this poster who seems consistent...already delivered and installed it appears. Obviously invoiced which would be logical.

 	@Carsonagenic I've said this before. I work with people that have worked at IOC. They still have family, friends, and coworkers that work there. They have kept contact with these people, and have heard directly that the 4 torches have been installed. Some of these people had to sign no trade agreements for purchasing PYR stock. They have worked with PYR technicians installing said torches.
