given EVT at nearly a 60% discount to true ELF adjusted NAV, would expect EVT to hold onto at least 60% of any dividend on an EX-D basis for the discount to remain static pre-dividend and ex-div.

that point was lost on another poster who seemed to object to ELF's big rally when it's special was announced

i would like to think that all other things equal, large dividends by either would result in a narrowing of the discount from these levels as they are minority friendly
