If you can issue shares at $6.77, why can't you buy them back at $4? That's sell high, buy low, right? That's good capital allocation approach. But perhaps you are more fond of selling low and buying high? That's a great strategy too, should your goal be to lose money. It will work for you every time. Let us all know when you reach zero.
