RE:RE:RE:RE:up 22%

RE:RE:RE:RE:up 22%Large spread between the bid and ask. Someone sells into the bid and the price collapses, then someone buys the ask and it swings positive.
I've thought of putting in a stink bid, but like you, I also wish I knew what the dividend policy was going forward.

Wild movement continued today, we seen the big move down into .455 then poppin up to.56...

I'm getting tempted to put more money down as I feel there is value here, but I don't quite know how analyze/assess it properly. They seem profitable, and sounds like some upside once the upgrades are competed and a normal quarter happens.

Short term they will pop on good quarterlies or other news and currently on thier wording I expect they go back to having a dividend once they feel confident since they had 7 quarters of payouts pre-pandemic, then after 3 suspended quarters, they returned with 2 payouts 8 times those initial divs which seemed aggressive but were covered in the quarters.

We have a new CFO who likely has some meaningful influence on this, I would be interested in hearing some corporate policy stuff, as before they stated that the suspension would be temporary. Knowing if this will return to being a dividend name or if they are moving away from that plan would be good information to get out there.
