muskie, that kind of statement is consistent with commentary the QTRH Q3 call. QTRH indicated that covid had had or is having a greater than anticipated impact on IRD/ETC in concluding contracts.

Just out of curiosity, where did you pick up that perspective on Kapsch; I have looked but not found much info/commentary on them. TIA.
