RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Kapsch's balance sheetThanks Muskie.  I had just did a cursory look.  I'm finding that there is, in fact, a lot of information on Kapsch.

Kapsch'd 5-year strategic plan is very interesting.  There is a ton of work to do here as they appear to be playing catch up.  This possibly explains Bret Kidd's comment at Needham.  He claimed that Kapsch and TransCore both have substantial internal issues to address.  These business growth distractors combimned with QTRH playing offence support his confidence that QTRH will win more than its share of upcoming bids.

Kapsch's strategic plan also explains the divestiture of its TrafficCom Italy unit.  That unit was primarily in the enforcement sector - and therefore nonstrategic.
