Would the patent reinstatement favour FB the patent buyer or FB the infringement settler? Or both? I'll go with the former. Does Zuck the buyer want the patent reinstated so he can sue Snapchat and exact revenge? Don't know why he would want that as part of settlement if he ended up owning all BB patents anyways. A show of good faith on BB's part to at least try & keep it alive? Any other guesses?
