Overbuilt, acquisitions that are now worth pennies on the dollar, burning through cash like there is no tomorrow, u.s. federal legalization is a dream that is not going to hapoen, made crappy products no one wants , horrible management, senior management fired, cash crunch coming, massive dilution coming margins decreasing with far more nimble competitors. But other than these things, they're a great company. ;)
