Franchise must have been gagging a bit after their 18 cent

purchase dipped as low as 10.5 cents at Xmas.
I wondered why, when Franchise held millions of shares and warrants that it bought 70,000 more shares Jan 13 ? Then I realized it brought its ownership up to 9.0% from 8.8%. It's just a nicer cleaner figure to work with.
