Geez Louise - things so bad that you find THIS to be encouraging. One might say it is discouraging cause its not on Monday, which allows for a whole week for the market to assess and respond rather than just a day or two.

Honestly i didnt want to comment but could not help myself, it has nothing to do with anything.
