RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great buying opportunity!! The share price is insanely low compared to its intrinsic value. The sum of the parts alone are higher breaking up the company and selling off the pieces to a strategic buyer(s).
Yeah maybe sell the 407 (can fetch between $2.2b to $2.5b) and with that huge cash infusion they can pay off the remaining small debt and use the balance to buy back their stock now. Who wouldn't be happy out there??
Yeah maybe Ian leaving would be the icing on the cake.
My average is $25.50 here and how quickly my huge paper profits have almost evaporated since our 52 week high share price of $38! Wow!
I have no answers here. You would think the largest shareholders would light a fire under mgmt/board to make some changes.
Unfortunately we are in a waiting game here folks. Will continue to nibble away here if I have to. When we get the next leg up in the stock I would think we can easily get to and surpass the old $38 (52 week high). That is a 40 percent return from todays $27. Throw in a takeover (if it happens) premium of 30 to 40 percent from there and we are easily over $50. The closer we get to end of the completion of the LSTK contracts, the closer we get to closing this gap.
Keeping my money in cash isn't doing anything anyways. Will be watching closely and may take advantage here.
