RE:Conference update Are non-management employees considered reporting insiders if they buy on the open market? It would be nice to know if they were buying. Seems like an auspicious time now when the stock is on sale and the 12 month outlook is so promising.

Projecting positive thoughts into the universe.... GREAT! And why is Paul wrapping up the call so quick? He should have stayed for an extra hour if called upon to answer questions from Investors at this point. Yes I know he could be busy doing (something else) but this is extremely important and a high value function for our CEO. He needs to be in front of the investors and speaking to the elephant in the room. The market hasn't been to kind to NL lately, and obviously sentiment and optimism isn't as high as we would like it to be, and it's because too many people have concerns like I do. Paul instead of Ignoring the concerns and pretending everything is ok, that everything is running smoothly, Actually do something. Address costs, stop paying 100s of Thousands of dollars in consulting fees, review salaries and find out why you didn't get a bigger financial commitment from your 24 Full-time employees on the last raise. That will lead you to the truth... People talk with their money, and people are watching! Paul we need you to be More accessible, visible and at the forefront of this next phase so this company can get turned around!
