I sometimes wonder what might happen if BB decided to play dirty. An informal poll....What is a bigger cyber threat to the national security of most nations?

1. Bad Guys: Hackers/cyber criminals/spies/enemies
2. BB cyber security knowledge used unethically
3. Wall/Bay St., hedge funds, & financiers etc bent on keeping the best cyber security company on the sidelines thus making it easier for #1 to operate.
4. Security regulators who turn a blind eye to #3

Did I miss somebody or something? Govt?
