Ekenbullets you won't see insider buying before a deal. It would be disappointing to see insider buying right now. They have enough exposure most of the insider buying was years ago Philip did take big positions in PPs and he hasn't sold a share. That being said definitely over the top with dsu I only hope they can justify it with one heck of a deal.
