RE:Supreme court ruling jan 06 2022.I'm well aware of the Supreme court ruling and it has nothing to do with stating public information. I have only ever taken information related to the company's public record. The complaint was related to the person being referenced as Josef Mengele. (The "Angel of Death" in Nazi war camps) and that is not appropriate.
I have stated my opinions are based on the information provided through their public disclosures and other sources of available information.
Because I disapprove of their business practices (operating behind closed doors) is not malicious intent.
The same can be said for people pumping stocks with misinformation.
Or is that ok?
I have accurately posted the information and have backed up that information with links to that can be reviewed by anybody..
I have always stated if somebody has information different from what I've shown, by all means please do so.
You have the opinion the provinces are being restocked and until I see that they indeed they have been my information is correct.
Browbeating, people like Mr. Martino did with me (and as you are doing) will not stop me from reviewing SEDAR, SEDI, NR's, public disclosed information and posting it as I see applicable to the interest of shareholders.
Nice try.
