Read where companies in US were banned from dealing with Xiaomi not too long ago but that has been rescinded according to what I read. Not going to discount the chance of a NA patent buyer with other parties involved. Who knows 3rd, 4th, as many parties as it takes to not only obtain the whole package but once yours being prepared, having the patents you don't want already sold. So many different conditions could apply. I'm treating it like a trade in professional sports with many teams involved. Placing my bet on FB/Meta to win. Do they already have what they don't want sold?
