Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

I don't see any evidence of an alignment of interests.

There are 2 classes of shareholders. There are insiders and there is retail. There is the information insiders are privy to and there is " coming soon".

There is 1 class who benefits from massive historical lows through share financings, warrant and option dilution and 1 class who does not.

Alignment of interests? Where?
