Energy Oil & Gas Midstream
Pembina Pipeline Corp is a Canada-based energy transportation and midstream service provider. The Company owns pipelines that transport hydrocarbon liquids and natural gas products produced primarily in Western Canada. It also owns gas gathering and processing facilities and an oil and natural gas liquids infrastructure and logistics business. It operates through three segments: Pipelines, Facilities and Marketing & New Ventures. The Pipelines segment provides customers with pipeline transportation, terminalling, and storage in key market hubs in Canada and the United States for crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids and natural gas. The Facilities segment includes infrastructure that provides Pembina's customers with natural gas, condensate and natural gas liquid (NGL) services. RE:RE:RE:RE:Pembina should aquire Heartland I totally agree Albatross. As a Pembina shareholder, I was concerned that PPL's leadership may lose their financial wisdom and take on IPL which included Heartland. That could have turned into a fiscal quicksand.  Brookfield could weather big potential cost overruns, but (as a PPL shareholder) I didn't think Pembina  could..
I said this before, I am not a fan of the Brookfield bunch, but you must agree with this: they do know how to make money(most of the time).
