But the test is not as simple as spitting into a device. Chan said there is a specific way the saliva must be collected and MedMira hopes to collaborate with an unnamed company that has a proprietary method of collecting samples that would be suitable. The plan would be to sell the MedMira test with the saliva collection technology as a package.
