RE:RE:RE:Supreme court ruling jan 06 2022.Along with the internet I too retain all the documents related to the facts behind company statements. Even though (through their forward looking statements) the company has no requirement to retract in the future statements they have made in the news releases. They having knowingly misrepresented those facts in the first place.
i.e.- Approval by the ALR to expanded their facilities to 170,000sq feet. (Never allowed)
- The amount of "cultivable" land was greatly exaggerated when they actually only had 80+ acres (review the original prospectus) not 130 acres.
- The available water supply on a daily and yearly basis under their "bottling license". Both Martino and Luca knowingly gave false statements.
- Statements related to HC's approval timeframes for receiving their licenses and reasons behind the delays. When you only have one bottling line you can't bottle cannabis infused and bottled water from the same line. Oh shite, we need another line and don't have HC approvals. Can't get HC approvals until the facility is completed. Check into the contractors who built the facility, check into the import documents for the additional bottle lines, etc., etc.
- Not providing within their MD&A statements the fact they were being sued by numerous parties.
- The list goes on and on.
