I understand TD doesn't mean it is the institution but can be an individual under their platform. I have had people post about a trade that RBC made and I laughed because it was me trading with my RBC DirectInvesting platform.
You are right to believe as you want and in the end it you are correct that it will be the FDA approval or dismissal that will be the endall. I think you meant the first week of February that will be the tipping point.
