Pembina Pipeline Corp is a Canada-based energy transportation and midstream service provider. The Company owns pipelines that transport hydrocarbon liquids and natural gas products produced primarily in Western Canada. It also owns gas gathering and processing facilities and an oil and natural gas liquids infrastructure and logistics business. It operates through three segments: Pipelines, Facilities and Marketing & New Ventures. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pembina should aquire Heartland And as I showed in my previous post, I totally agree with both you & Albatross.

As an aside on my not liking the way Brookfield operates and selling all 3 of our Brookfield holdings, I do feel really good about selling. Since the selling, BIP is up a bit, BEP has been murdered, and BPY is gonzo. It's not so much the money, I just don't feel "right" owning anything Brookfield. I keep thinking that at some point something really negative is going ot happen to them (something legal?).

Having said all that, so far, they sure have shown they can make money but money's not everything.  :-)

I said this before, I am not a fan of the Brookfield bunch, but you must agree with this: they do know how to make money(most of the time).
