It woudl be a surprise (being bought). I think they will sign long term supply agreement with Mitsui within 3 month and using it as collateral will organize loan / equity financing within next 3 month. Q3 engineering will start and Q4 digging the ponds (or at least equipment selection/purchase).

Speculation: assuming 50% financing related dillution, $1 by year end.
