RE:CEONoRetire, to me it looks like the bank is waiting for the PP to be completed, where Plan has the 4 - 5 mil. in hand, before they agree on the financing. IMO, With the investor community behind this acquisition, it would give the bank more confidence in the financing, seeing it is a big chunk of change!
