As I said i am stating what I heard that someone is looking into this, weather they file or not, how would I know? as for my guess if it's a multi million dollar company wouldn't they file a lawsuit that's in the millions if they feel your comments did damage to their company and investors '" directors"? But yes I did hear this, now if they go through with it or not beats me. I'm giving you a heads up!
