RE:RE:RE:RE:Discord Link “I have done the leg work and see the reality here despite the lack of formal updates to the market.“
Your arrogance is on full display here with that statement. You consistently refuse to provide valid rebuttals to any of the concerns that multiple shareholders make and resort to petty name calling. The way you get off on booting anyone from that Discord who questions the objective here is also a significant indicator that you are likely an insider working closely with the doctor.
Injecting a fraction of the capital that you had already taken out at a previous time in the form of a loan that is secured against the assets of the company does not indicate a guarantee you’re in it for the long haul. This type of self dealing only protects Infusion itself as a shareholder.
And what does previous company insiders still holding shares have anything to do with the concerns I and shneps have outlined?
The fact of the matter here is that Infusion was paid cash (plus other bonus incentives) by a public co. for the rights to their technology. The acting CEO of Infusion then guts the executive team and Board of Directors and names himself acting CEO and then issues loans to the public company securing the assets of said company against those loans. He then uses the publicity and public company funds to bolster further partnerships and analytics for his privately operated company’s benefit. All while stringing investors of the public company along with missed deadlines and empty promises.
Sure, he has tremendous upside potential by making it succeed. But he also has no downside risk. The ultimate asymmetric bet. If it doesn’t work out, Infusion still keeps the licensing rights and expand their distribution through their partners in the US when legislation permits it.
All evidence so far points to a complete lack of motivation to do anything of substance for Sproutly while multiple product lines have been launched through Infusion in the US. All this talk about how many formulations he has, yet not a single product has been launched here? Gimme a break.
