Yeah that's gonna take like 4 years to go up 300 basis points so why is the market acting like the rates were just raised 500 basis points all at once

Exactly. Talk to me when they are up 300 basis points. Even then that would be healthy for the economy and housing wouldn't be out of control the way it is.
