I suggested that concept about 3 or 4 years ago and just got laughed off the board. I was asked "don't you realize the size and weight of the batteries - they're half the weight of the car"! 'Nuff said.

They can make a statement like that and not see the error of their thoughts. :-))

And, regarding the transition to all electric, I have a cul-de-sac about two blocks down the road.
It has 3 houses with 3 driveways and 18 cars when everyone is home. Wonder how they will transition - maybe be told they must change their lifestyle or ???
