Re: compensation-I haven't looked at proxies yet but my immediate response is Steven Stares does work extremely hard and is working to increase shareholder value. I think its important that He makes a lot of money and if He does we all do.
-Options are incentives to performance.
-The amount of options are set by the Directors , sometimes a little self serving but its the way it is.
-I might comment further when I read things over .
-In the meantime I suspect Steven Stares is in crappy weather in Newfoundland , away from His immediate Family, coordinating bad drilling conditions and waiting for core from The Kraken.
-All I know is if The Kraken becomes a monster lithium deposit all will be forgiven.
