That being said there is another way this might go. Behind closed doors they could meet with institutions and give them a better picture of what the road ahead looks like. ie. Profit margins and potential orders that until realized can't be released. So they might be able to get a higher SP per new issued shares than where it is now.

If that were to happen you would see a nice jump in SP above where they make the deal.
