RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Broken Coast

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Broken CoastMany of the LP's in the beginning days were coming up with their own names for Strains. Tweed was naming strains after things to do with Sherlock Holmes. Aphria was naming strains after Lakes around Canada, names like Great Bear, Tremblant, Churchill. Rather dumb in my mind.

I think most LP's have now realized it is just better to sell it under the REAL legacy strain name. Avid smokers that are looking for a particular strain can now do so without all kinds of guess work and searching around to see what for example, Ruxton "really is".

If someone is looking for Sour OG, why not make it easy and just call it what it is. That's the route they have gone with now and I am happy they did so. It now makes sense. Cheers and good luck with the rolling technique.

Sour OG is a perfectly balanced hybrid strain with a Sativa to Indica ratio of 50:50. It resulted from a cross between OG Kush and Sour Diesel, with a rich history to its name. Originally, Sour OK was referred to as 818 Headband, which was coined from a location address in California. You might find some dispensaries still selling Sour OG under this initial name. The name changed when its use crossed the state borders. It is an award-winning strain with 1st place in the 2011 High Times Medical Cannabis Cup Michigan hybrid category.

Sour OG is a well-decorated plant featuring lime-green calyxes and bright orange pistils. The plant produces large round and densely packed buds covered by milky-white trichomes and gleaming crystals, giving it a Sour OG an overall frosty appearance.

Sour OG can be cultivated indoors and outdoors. The plant grows to a medium height and is ready to flower after 8 weeks, producing colas with excellent structures. This strain produces medium yields when grown under hydroponic conditions. Generally, Sour OG is resistant to mold and mildew. This makes it not so challenging to cultivate, even for novice growers.

Sour OG inherits gasoline and skunky aroma from its parents. It is also lemony, floral, earthy, and piney. This strain is flavorful, described as sweet and floral. However, the sweet taste is quickly watered by earthier and more pungent flavor profiles.

This sweet and aromatic strain is a fast hitter, with its high effects taking over your body in just minutes. You will first feel very relaxed and peaceful with yourself. It is the best marijuana strain if you feel tired and low because it is mood-boosting and energy-giving. With just a few hits, you can become productive again with an urge to get off your feet and have something done. The effects can persist for an hour or more, depending on the dosage.

Sour OG is mainly a recreative breed, but it also has many medicinal benefits. Many patients use it for treating mood disorders, chronic pain, fatigue, headache, bipolar disorder, ADD, migraines, etc.

Amnesia Haze and Kushmints are currently sold out. Many strains are sold out. Good news for investors, bad news for smokers.

I just ordered 10g of Sour OG and 10g of Sunset Sherbet. My rolling technique sucks but I'm sure this will be an overall better experience than the pre roll.

you would have to be a medical patient to order and you would of known Website has been integrated to Tilray.
Nice try to Bash though lol

Your right, tilray. Not a bash at all.

Im getting confused with who I had my scipt sent to and this Tilray online portal. Honest mistake.

To answer another poster, it was either Quadra and Savary. But it was pre-roll. Perhaps I should target jarred cannabis for a better quality? These two strains werent awul. But the overall experience wasn't premium to me. Im no coinesseur but comparing this to say... Carmel, its not even close.

I made another purchase and I now have Gabriola. Again, pre roll.

I also got a bunch of 510 carts including stargazer and headstash. I dont think strain at all matters for distillate though. They all seem to be the same from one LP to another, from one strain to another.

I order the Flower and would suggest trying that instead.

Quadra is okay but I found it to be a couple percent lower on the THC count than what I expect at that price point.  Savary = Pink Kush and that is one of the strains I mentioned earlier that I have no interest in with a low THC range and a Terpene profile that I find to be a turnoff.
Gabriola = Frost Monster and is the one strain that I mentioned I was disappointed with. So I am not surprised by your comment after hearing which strains you tried. Your expectations appear in line with mine when it comes to the price point paid for Premium grade.

I would suggest trying the Sour OG (Ruxton) which is one of their most popular strains for good reason. Stargazer (Sonora) and Pipe Dream are also great strains and I have enjoyed all of these and rate them all as Premium. No disappointments.

The Sunset Sherbert, Amnesia Haze and Kush Mints are Newer strains that have terpene profiles and thc ranges that I find appealing but just haven't tried them yet. I cringe at buying only 3.5 grams and Stargazer (Sonora) is offered in a 28g bag so that is my preference. I buy via Rec, not medical. Wish you better luck with your next order, cheers.
