All the amounts listed in the press release are in CAD so I expect you'll be getting NCM.TO shares and / or Canadian Dollars in Cash.  Not sure what will happend to our Yank friends as NCM is not really traded in NYSE only on Pink Sheets.  Not all brokers deal in Pink Sheets .

Hope once the deal is finalized the volume on TSE improves currently is very light .
