In France today, opponents have demonstrated the introduction of vaccine passports, which will prevent unvaccinated people from, for example, entering restaurants or long-distance transport links. France also reported 389,320 new cases of coronavirus infection and 167 deaths in patients with covid-19.

Protesters shouted slogans such as "freedom" and "no apartheid", which they say the government is introducing when it divides society into vaccinated and unvaccinated citizens.
