waiting for big announcements regarding Cerro Caliche As shares of Sonoro Gold continue on a trend of very slow bearish movement, I am highly anticipating announcements on the progress of the companies operations in Sonora Mexico at the Cerro Caliche Project.
The Cerro Caliche project presents a massive opportunity for $SGO, with an after-tax NPV of $41.5 with a really high IRR of 32.4%. At the company’s current valuation of $18.49 million, it seems to me that $SGO.V is incredibly undervalued, should the project prove to be as fruitful as anticipated.
Commencement of the 10,000-meter drilling campaign at Cerro Caliche was announced on December 22, along with the closing of $3 million in private funding to be put towards operations. With 18% of that funding being supplied directly by directors and officers of the company, I have huge confidence in $SGO’s expectations for the project.
Currently, $SGO is trading at $.155 and the company is valued at an MCAP of $18.49 million.
