Take over of Abcourt

Take over of AbcourtHi Javaman12.Don't be worried of a cheap takeover of Abcourt by outsiders or insiders.

It will not or cannot happen before the silver zinc and copper properties
(Barvue,Vendome,Jopol,Aldermac are seperated from the gold properties
( Elder,Sleeping Giant and Discovery and Flordin).

Just the value of 2 producing mines(Elder and SG ) and a mill is worth double the MCAP and if the silver, zinc properties are added the offer would have to be $75m.

For now no insiders have the fund to place a take over bid that has a chance of being accepted.

Once 2 co are formed, the thoughts of selling one co is possible.
If the new gold properties ( Elder,Sleeping Giant and Discovery and Flordin) were sold for $50m
that would give the Hinse family and Mr Mestrallet the  $20m cash to buy the 60% of the new silver zinc co .

The final result to all share holders would be 20c on the gold co and 10c on the silver zinc co.
For now that would be quite acceptable but i do not see the Hinse family or Mestrallet taking over a co and managing it due to Mr Hinse and Mestrallet age.

So i conclude that both Mr Hinse and Mestrallet will only be looking forward and taking actions that will results in share price appreciation for all .

Sunday is the time to dream and ask for better days in the future.

Fernand
